Community Animal Management and Care Plan

CAAT partnering with communities

Community Animal Management and Care Plans build upon our clinic-based efforts by extending vital services directly into the communities that need them most. A cornerstone of this program is the temporary field clinics we establish on-site, offering accessible veterinary care where it’s otherwise unavailable. Our dedicated teams mobilize to these locations and set up fully functional, short-term hospitals to deliver essential treatment and support. This hands-on, responsive approach is a key component of a broader, sustainable strategy—one that is rooted in the community, shaped by local needs, and ultimately managed by the community itself.

Communities looking to collaborate on animal management initiatives—including hosting a spay/neuter/vaccination clinic—are invited to apply for a 2027 community partnership. Applications will be accepted from August through December each year. Community Animal Management Plan 2025 Applications are now closed. They will reopen on August 1 – December 1, 2026 for 2027 partnership consideration.
