Animal Wellness Clinic Projects
Animal Wellness Clinic Team Applications
The Canadian Animal Assistance Team is a volunteer-driven program. Our ability to provide veterinary services and education is entirely dependant upon the dedication and hard-work of our members. Our members assist in everything from fundraising, Aeroplan campaign work, promotion and correspondence to those who donate their time and skill sets in running our projects.
Volunteers for our animal wellness clinic projects will be responsible to personally fundraise and/or pay for the total cost of their airfare to and from the project. Accommodation and meals will be provided and are of no cost to the volunteer.
When an individual project is being planned, a notice will be sent out to inform the membership of the project and interested members can apply to be part of that team.

Cancun, Mexico – October 15-24, 2010
We are joining forces with CANDi (Cats and Dogs International) to provide an animal wellness clinic at the local pound facilities. We will also be working with local veterinarians to work toward the goal of having a clinic available for less fortunate community members to be able to take their animals for care. We are very excited about the future prospects and self sustainability of this project.

We are in discussion to run an animal wellness clinic in this community in the spring of 2011.
